USA

I: Job Summary

Harvey Law Group (HLG) is looking for an Associate Attorney / Business Development Manager to be
based in our Miami, Florida office in the USA, to support the USA Managing Attorney and our Global
and Managing Partners. They will develop new business leads and maximize conversion rates in their
assigned region in alignment with the evolution of the Company’s business strategy and organization
development.

II: Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promote Immigration programs to local agents, introducers, consultants and prospects, and
    convert where possible into new business;
  • Source, screen, and develop a pipeline of potential clients through different activities
    (networking events, agents/referrers, personal relationships, etc.);
  • Act as the Immigration expert and deliver professional client and consultation services to
    ensure their objectives are met;
  • Support the Marketing team with event coordination and client invitation;
    Contribute to business expansion and recommend solutions and local market research to
    the Marketing team;
  • Participate in Company’s general activities such as seminars, events, training sessions, etc.;
  • Be responsible for personal KPI and targets;
  • Assist in any other ad hoc projects as directed by management;

III: Know-how and Competency Requirements

  • Have significant Business Development experience, selling service lead products to
    corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals is essential for this role.
  • Be flexible to travel to different geographical locations as needed;
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written in English;
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Qualifications: Law degree
  • Knowledge on the USA EB-5 (inbound US immigration) is preferred, but not required.

Cambodia

The key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager are to promote the Company’s business, notably regarding immigration cases, generating leads and meeting sales goals. The individual in this role will also collaborate with the Marketing function in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.

Thailand

The overall responsibilities of the Business Development Manager are to promote the Company’s business, notably Immigration Investment and Corporate Services, in Thailand and may, as required, cover other geographical locations worldwide in alignment with the evolution of the Company’s business strategy and organization development.

UK

The key responsibilities of the Lawyer are:

  • to advise high net worth individuals on secondary residence and citizenship-by-investment opportunities;
  • to provide legal advice to the Marketing, Business Development and Paralegal/Processing teams on promoting Immigration programs and offering professional services to clients.

Vietnam

The key responsibilities of the Lawyer are:

  • to advise high net worth individuals on secondary residence and citizenship-by-investment opportunities;
  • to provide legal advice to the Marketing, Business Development and Paralegal/Processing teams on promoting Immigration programs and offering professional services to clients.
